Technical issues on Cloudflare affecting some users access to Heartspace

Some users are experiencing technical issues on Heartspace.ai with both accessing our webpage and logging into our platform. This is due to problems that our provider, Cloudflare, is experiencing at the moment that are outside of our immediate control. It is uncommon that Cloudflare has these issues, and usually they are resolved in a few hours.

The problems do not affect our outreach system or the plan and strategy platform, but currently, documents in Heartspace AI Write can be hard to access for some users. All user data is secure and not affected by the issues. We use Cloudflare to host our web page and deliver it to users. We use another service for our database and back-end servers.

We are grateful for your patience and understanding as we are trying to resolve the issues and will keep you posted on the progress on fixing this.

Systems are back and operational now for our users. We are continuing to monitor the situation. If you are experiencing problems, do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@heartspace.ai. Some users may need to clear their browser cache to have images and graphics on our webpage render properly, but functionality-wise, everything is working and all of our users data is secure.
